BOOKING CONDITIONS

Maximum sleeping capacity of 6 in La Mouette and 4 in L'Herisson. A cot is available on request.

Pets are not allowed.

The owner's swimming pool is for the use of both gîtes.

Saturday is the usual changeover day unless otherwise agreed. Check in time 4pm - departure time 10am. If you are unable to arrive at a reasonable time please notify the owners so as to make alternative arrangements.

All properties are cleaned before letting however, you are responsible for keeping and leaving the property in a clean and tidy condition. A separate cheque of £150 (against damages, breakages or excessive cleaning) to be paid with the deposit cheque. This will be reimbursed to the guest directly after the holiday, if not required. Any such loss or damage to the property, before departure, should either be made good, or appropriate reimbursement will be collected from the above £150.

Guests are responsible at all times for safety and behaviour of their children.
N.B. The gîtes have an open mezzanine floor, which is enclosed by wooden and steel balustrades, so may not be suitable for young children.

In the interest of all our guests, please do not smoke inside the gîtes.

Cancellation: Should you have to cancel the following charges will be made:
6 to 10 weeks before the holiday: the full deposit
2-6 weeks before the holiday: 50% of the total cost
Less than 2 weeks before the holiday: 100% of the total cost

If it is possible to re-let the property, the cancellation charge less an administration fee of £25 will be refunded.
